The controller is Juri Trolp, Switzerland. Please send privacy enquiries and requests concerning your personal data to info@tbi-investments.ch.

Website and hosting

This information website has no customer accounts or contact forms. Fonts, images and animations are delivered with the website.

We use Render Services, Inc., USA, for hosting. Accessing the website involves processing technical connection data such as your IP address, requested page, time and browser information. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and website security.

Render uses a global delivery network and subprocessors for cloud and network services, including Cloudflare. Under its data processing agreement, Render also acts as an independent controller for certain operational, usage and security data.

Cookies and analytics

Our own website code does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. We have not embedded advertising trackers, analytics SDKs or external social media elements. This is distinct from technical processing by the hosting service.

You can view, delete and block cookies in your browser. Deleting existing cookies alone does not prevent them from being set again.

Contact by email

We use Microsoft 365 with Exchange Online for info@tbi-investments.ch. If you contact us, we process your sender address, message, attachments and other information you provide to answer your enquiry. Microsoft and its service providers support the delivery and security of the email service.

Processing outside Switzerland

Hosting involves processing data in particular in the USA. Render is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Its data processing agreement provides for this framework for Swiss transfers and, as a fallback, appropriately adapted Standard Contractual Clauses.

Microsoft 365 also involves international data processing, including in Europe and the USA. Processing exclusively in Switzerland is not assured. Microsoft's business-service data protection terms describe safeguards for international transfers through Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, any resulting matter or applicable legal obligations. It is deleted when those purposes no longer apply.

Render determines retention of technical data by the relevant operational and security purposes and legal requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access and correction, and exercise other rights to deletion, restriction or objection. Contact: info@tbi-investments.ch.
